He now leads Grab’s AI-first with Heart transformation. True to Grab’s mission and his “”Grab for Good”” program, Anthony is determined that AI not become a luxury for the few, using technology to bridge the gap between the tech-savvy and the
underserved.
A dedicated practitioner of servant leadership, Anthony’s strategic vision has earned him global recognition. He was named to Fortune’s 40 Under 40 list in 2016 and 2018, The Bloomberg 50 in 2017, and Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in 2018. His contributions were further honored with the Nikkei Asia Prize in 2020, a spot on Fortune’s World’s 50 Greatest Leaders list in 2021, and the prestigious title of Businessman of the Year in Singapore in May 2026.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Chicago, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and an Executive MBA from Tsinghua University, and remains deeply committed to driving long-term innovation and positive change across the region.
